This achievement shows that our services fall out with the tests described in the Managed Service Company Legislation which should be considered by all accountancy firms supplying services to contractors. The audit also verifies that our umbrella solution is run in accordance with HMRC expectations providing an employment solution for individuals who do not wish to operate their own business.
