How Does It Work For Me?
We process your timesheets on a weekly or monthly basis and invoice your client or recruiter on your behalf.
Once we have been paid by your client, we will transfer the funds to your personal bank account, in any currency, wherever you are in the world the same working day.
If you are working in a country where we have a full payroll bureau, we will deduct and pay the relevant tax and social security on your behalf and then pay you the remainder.
Included within your monthly fee is cover for all the required insurances for your contract wherever you are working in the world. Further insurances, for example medical or travel, can be discussed with one of our specialist advisors where necessary.

How Do You Manage Compliance Issues Overseas?
Although in working outside the UK as non UK tax payers, IR35 and Managed Service Company legislation will not apply, Freelance World take our responsibilities for compliance very seriously, wherever we operate. We will take steps to ensure you understand the legal and compliance framework both in your home country, and in the jurisdiction in which you work.
Should your status change, we will be happy to advise on the steps to be taken to remain compliant with taxation law at home and abroad.
